coldIt was light until a short while ago, but it's ten and I should think about bed. Summer didn't sneak up quite this fast other years, but we've had very few clear skies so it appears dark by 8pm even though the sun won't set for an hour. The joys of a northern summer.

I'm going to be honest, I'm mostly posting this for Simon Halls's face. :D
A couple of weeks ago I got the gardening bug up my ass. I don't know why, but suddenly I had to dig up the front yard OMG RIGHT THIS GODDAMN SECOND. Unfortunately, I had just about gotten all the weeds pulled up when work sent me to New Jersey for a week and then straight to Pennsylvania for another week. When I got back, not only did my lawn badly need to be mowed, but I lost some of the oompf that had gotten me off the couch in the first place.
